Nycteola frigidana 
  
The caterpillars are noted for their sparse, long white hairs that 
  are so fine that they are difficult to see unless looked for closely in good 
  light or with a magnifier. They feed on willow. The cocoon is similar to that 
  of N. cinereana. The genus Nycteola 
  is in the subfamily Sarrothripinae.
