Hesperumia latipennis


The twig-like caterpillars can be recognized from the white or cream ventral stripe down the length of the body. The caterpillar is found on Ocean Spray Holodiscus discolor in late spring, and the adult emerges in the summer after just a few weeks in the pupal stage.
